Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Satori, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

• Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, or marks

• In original packaging

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Items purchased during site-wide promotions
  

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange item will be sent out.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange postage costs.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or unwanted items.

Refunds are only provided if an item is confirmed faulty or damaged, and you notify us within 14 days of delivery. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at contact@satorilabel.com with:

• Your order number

• Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

• The size/colour you want (for exchanges)

• Photos if the item is faulty

We will provide the return address and next steps.
